C.P. LAND Public Company Limited (CP LAND), a leading force in Thailand’s real estate market, has appointed the renowned artist and actor James Jirayu Tangsrisuk as its new brand ambassador. This announcement coincides with the launch of their latest advertising campaign, “True Happiness in Every Imagination,” which features James Jirayu in the role of the Dream Observer. The campaign is set to captivate audiences and will be available on CP LAND’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X channels starting August 7, 2024

Mrs.Sasinan Allmand, Strategic Committee of Marketing and Communications at CP LAND, revealed that “CP LAND continues to expand its business horizons and is accelerating strategies to enhance its image, credibility, and brand strength. Recently, they appointed James Jirayu Tangsrisuk, a renowned artist, actor, and model with numerous achievements both domestically and internationally, as their brand ambassador. He stars in CP LAND’s latest advertising campaign, “True Happiness in Every Imagination,” playing the role of the Dream Observer.

This advertisement is based on the concept of “shaping dreams into reality,” featuring a group of adorable and innocent children creating houses based on their thoughts, imagination, and dreams through unscripted clay modelling. The focus is on encouraging creativity and imagination, with James Jirayu in the role of CP LAND’s Dream Observer, helping to create and fulfil these dreams. CP LAND listens and cares, developing spaces of happiness to make dreams come true in the future. CP LAND is committed to pushing forward and continuing the development of real estate under their brand to meet the lifestyle needs of customers, considering communal spaces and surrounding communities. The year 2024 marks a significant period of continuous transformation for CP LAND, with the launch of new real estate projects ranging from premium to luxury houses and condominiums.
