Net zero carbon emission for all new projects by 2050
Renewable energy 100% of energy consumption in central facilities for all new projects by 2025
Green area (on ground) 10 Times greater than 20-Year National Strategy for all new projects by 2025
Incorporation of relevant resilient design thinking (flood/fire/erosion/sea level etc.) to meet thresholds at or above international standards on new projects and retroactive resiliency assessment on old ones
Non toxic chemical community for all new projects by 2025
